4 on 4 off rota pattern including weekends & public holidays. Start and finish times are 10pm-8am.

Our Accommodation site in Cambridge has 80 rooms, providing a home for 16–25-year-olds. We have a fantastic team of accommodation workers, providing ongoing support and encouragement to the young people living at Queen Anne House, which is located in the centre of Cambridge by Parkers Piece, easy to get to via public transport, or if you travel by car we have free onsite car parking too.
Job Role
As an Accommodation Night Worker, you’ll be a key part of our dynamic team, providing essential overnight support to young residents at Queen Ann House. Your role will focus on ensuring the safety and wellbeing of everyone in the building, while fostering an atmosphere of warmth, security, and respect.
You will oversee the night-time operations of the accommodation, maintain a visible presence on the premises, and respond to any incidents as needed. By encouraging positive behaviour and offering practical support, you will help create an environment where young people feel at home, empowered, and supported to reach their full potential.

Salary: £26436.80 per year, hourly rate £12.71
