Job Title: Service Youth Connections Worker

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Youth Connections Worker to devise and deliver bespoke youth programmes within secondary schools across Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire. This is a stand‑alone role with a clear focus on improving resilience, wellbeing and social connections for young people from Armed Forces families through high‑quality, needs‑led youth work.
Working closely with schools, RAF Wittering and partner organisations, you will plan and deliver engaging programmes that combine social activities, mentoring, peer‑led discussion, team‑building and wellness activities, all delivered within the school setting.

Skills and experience

Days and hours 22 hours per week, term time only - 39 weeks (days and hours to be agreed but mostly during school hours)
Fixed term contract September 2026 – July 2027
Salary £15,071.23
