We are recruiting Relief Accommodation Project Workers to join our growing team in our accommodation sites in Bury St Edmunds.
About Us
The Role We’re seeking compassionate and committed Relief Accommodation Workers to join our team at Batt House in Bury St Edmunds. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to our Accommodation Team, helping young people thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
This is a flexible, as-and-when-required position, with both day and night shifts available.
As a Relief Accommodation Worker, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards of care and support, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for the young people in our accommodation. Your presence will make a real difference, offering consistency, care, and encouragement as they work toward a brighter future.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours
Various shifts are available, on and an as and when required basis. Our teams work 7 days a week, day, evening and nights shifts.
What we offer
Salary is £12.71 per hour.
