At Batt House, we provide safe, affordable housing for young people aged 16–25. Our two accommodation options include Supported Housing (16–21 years) and YMCA Flats (18–25 years).
Each offers tailored support and access to local facilities, helping young people build independence in a setting that suits their needs.
About the role
Relief Accommodation Project Workers play a key role in supporting young residents as they build essential life skills for independent living. You’ll engage with them day-to-day, helping to create a warm, clean, and homely environment while encouraging positive behaviour and personal growth. Your support will be vital in helping them prepare for a successful resettlement.

In accordance with safer recruitment processes many of the roles we recruit for require successful candidates to undertake an appropriate criminal record background check. Days and hours
Shifts will be offered on an as-and-when basis. You must be available to provide cover at short notice, as well as for planned holiday cover. Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and occasional night shifts (22:00–08:00)
