4 on 4 off rota pattern including weekends & public holidays. Start and finish times are 10pm-8am.

Are you calm under pressure, compassionate, and committed to supporting young people? Join YMCA Trinity Group as an Accommodation Night Worker and play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming environment for 16–25-year-olds living at Queen Anne House in central Cambridge.
Queen Anne House is a vibrant 80-room accommodation site located right by Parker’s Piece in Cambridge—easily accessible by public transport, with free parking available.
About the Role
As a Night Worker, you’ll be a key presence in the building overnight ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of our residents. You’ll respond to incidents, offer practical support, and help maintain a peaceful, respectful atmosphere. Your work will directly contribute to helping young people feel secure, supported, and empowered to thrive.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals with:
Salary: £25,396.80 per year, hourly rate £12.21.
